Scientific Participation

Dr. Ali Khalifa Al-Duwaib, representing the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Gharyan, participated in the Second International Scientific Conference on Combating the Scourge of Corruption. The conference was organized by the Office of Criminal Research and Training at the Office of the Attorney General and took place on December 8–10, 2024, at the Mahari Hotel in Tripoli.  

He contributed with a research paper titled *"Combating Corruption: Between the Necessities of Constitutionalization, the Requirements of Strengthening Penalties, and Ensuring Their Enforcement."*
