The dialogue was divided into two parts
The first section discussed the implementation of the principle of the responsibility to protect in Libya and knowledge of the declared and undeclared reasons behind its implementation, as well as the motives that helped in issuing and implementing intervention decisions, in addition to explaining the measures and sanctions taken by the United Nations in implementation of its intervention in Libya and the tools that implemented those measures.
The second section was about the reconstruction of Libya after the conflict in 2011
And the political and security developments that occurred after the conflict, as well as how the United Nations mission implemented its stipulated powers, and a comparison between reality and the law, and we reached a set of results and recommendations.
It was entirely about the failure of the United Nations in the principle of protection and reconstruction in Libya
